Live. Refresh it.
damn that was fast

Your last agency made you fill out a form for a phone number change. Then it sat for nine days. Text me instead. Four hours, on the clock, during business days. Photos, prices, hours, a new service, a seasonal offer — you send it, I ship it. If it's bigger than four hours of work, I tell you that in the same text. No surprise invoice.

What's actually in the build

Not a feature list. This is the stuff that makes the phone ring.

  1. 01

A page for every service you sell

Someone searching “septic pumping” lands on your septic pumping page, not your homepage.

  2. 02

A page for every town you serve

You show up in the towns you actually drive to, not just the one you're headquartered in.

  3. 03

    Click-to-call in the thumb zone

He's one-handed in a truck. The button is where his thumb already is.

  4. 04

    A quote form that's 4 fields

Name, phone, address, what's wrong. Every extra field costs you leads.

  5. 05

Real photos of your trucks and crews

Stock photos of a smiling man in a hard hat read as fake, because they are.

  6. 06

    Reviews pulled straight from Google

Your actual star rating on the page, updating itself.

  7. 07

    Schema markup Google reads

Your hours, service area and phone number in the format search engines want.

    AEO structure for AI answers

Your answers written the way ChatGPT and Google's AI pull them. See the next section.

Get found by AI

When someone asks AI for a plumber, it names somebody

Your customer used to type “plumber near me” into Google and scroll. Now half of them ask ChatGPT, or read the AI answer sitting on top of Google.

That answer names two or three companies. Right now it isn't naming you.

Getting named is a different job than ranking. AI pulls short, direct answers to real questions — what a sewer line replacement costs, how long a roof takes, whether you handle emergencies at 2 AM. Your site has to answer those in plain sentences AI can lift.

That's what AEO means and it's included in the $500.

I own aivisibilitymetrics.com. It's a live tool that measures whether AI search engines cite a brand. I built the measuring stick before I sold the service.

Pricing

Here's the price. All of it.

Build

$750–$2,500one time

What moves the price

  • How many services you sell. A tree service with 4 services is cheaper than an HVAC company with 14.
  • How many towns you want to rank in. 3 towns is a smaller build than 25.
  • Whether you need photos shot or you already have them.
  • Whether you're moving an old site over or starting clean.

Most roofing and septic builds land between $1,200 and $1,800. I quote you the exact number by text before anything starts. It doesn't move after that.

The Cycle — $500/month

Everybody else calls it a retainer. Mine's a cycle, and you can come off it any month you want.

What's in it

  • SEO — the ongoing work to rank in your towns
  • AEO — the work to get named in AI answers
  • Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime
  • Unlimited minor edits, each one live within 4 hours

One roof is $12,000. One septic install is more. The whole year of this costs less than half a roof.

I take 5 builds a month. That's not a countdown timer, it's how many one person can do well. When the month is full I'll tell you the next open date instead of stacking you up.

Text me your trade and your towns — I'll quote you today

FAQ

The questions you're already asking

What does it actually cost?

Build is $750 to $2,500, one time, quoted by text before I start. Then $500 a month for SEO, AEO, hosting and unlimited edits. No setup fee, no ad spend markup, no surprises.

You said you have no website clients. Why should I hire you?

Because I'd rather tell you that than fake a testimonial. The proof is 16 live sites I built for my own businesses, including one with 4,420,000 pages. Click them.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The $500 is month to month. Cancel any month, no fee, no exit call, no 30-day letter. If the work stops earning you calls, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Who owns the site?

You do. Your domain, your content, your photos, your code. Ask for it and I hand over the files and the hosting the same week. It's yours whether you stay or not.

How long until it's live?

Two to three weeks for most builds, from the day I have your photos and service list. Slow part is usually waiting on your content, not my end. I'll tell you the exact date up front.

What counts as a “minor change”?

Prices, hours, phone numbers, photos, staff, offers, text on any page, a new service block. Basically anything that isn't a brand-new page or a new feature. Bigger jobs I quote before touching.

What if I actually need to talk to you?

Then call me. Text is faster for 95% of changes, that's the only reason it's the default. Nothing here stops you from picking up the phone.

What happens if I stop paying?

Site stays yours. I move it to your own hosting account and hand over the files. It stops getting SEO work, edits and my monitoring. Nothing gets held hostage or shut off.
